Keep Roswell Beautiful, Inc. honored dozens of Roswell citizens, corporate sponsors and educators for environmental efforts at KRB's annual Volunteer Awards Reception. Adopt-A-Road and Adopt-A-Stream volunteers all received recognitions, as did SuperTarget for its volunteer commitment to Roswell.
Ms. Paige Fagan was presented the Judy Muscari Special Volunteer Reognition Award.
Esther Jackson Elementary School was recognized as the Environmental School of the Year, and Ms. Becky Beal of that school was honored as Environmental Teacher of the Year. Amana Academy, Crabapple Middle School and Esther Jackson Elementary School were all honored as Evergreen Schools. Amanda Fagan was the recipient of the Youth Involvement Award.
