Waste Management Alpharetta Transfer Station, 11465 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta
September 29 -- Rivers Alive River Clean and Educational Festival, 8:00 am until Noon,

November
November 3  --   Bulky Trash Amnesty Day, Saturday, 8 a.m. -- 2 p.m; City of Roswell Public Works, Hembree Rd
You are invited to bring any old, unusable items to the City of Roswell Public Works building on Hembree Road and
dispose of it for free!  Examples of items accepted:  old appliances, tires (limit of4 regular car tires per vehicle),
furniture, toys, etc.  Items not accepted include any and all liquids (paint, oil, gas, etc), yard waste and
demolition/construction materials).

November 15 --  America Recycles Day -- Recycle, Reduce, Reuse!

November 16-18 -- Fluorescent Bulb Recycling, 8:30 to 5 on Friday/Saturday; 11–5 on Sunday; Roswell Recycling Center, 11570 Maxwell Rd
Fluorescent bulb recycling --  4ft bulbs (T-6 and T-12), compacts (CFL 2 pin, 4 pin and spiral) accepted.  Limit of 10
bulbs per vehicle per day. Bulbs will be accepted during normal business hours for the Center.

November 17  -- "ShredFest" Document Shredding Event, 8:00 a.m. -- Noon; Roswell Recycling Center, 1570 Maxwell Road
Georgia Document Destruction will be at the Roswell Recycling Center to shred your sensitive or personal
documents.  Limit of 5 boxes or 200 pounds per vehicle.  You can watch your documents being shredded.
