Each year we ask our Adopt-A-Road groups to cleanup your road on Rivers Alive day (or sometime in that week) if possible and then join us at Riverside Park for the festival and celebration.  This year we will have food from Harry’s Farmers Market and Starbucks, bluegrass music from Johnny Roquemore, face painting, games, crafts, the REI PEAK program from kids, and the Riverside Farmers Market.  It will be a great morning, so please plan to join us!

To participate, you must complete a volunteer liability waiver.   All volunteers under age 18 must have the Rivers Alive volunteer waiver form completed and signed by a parent before arriving at the event.

Special Notes!
1. Please come prepared to take part in a Privit Pull for Rivers Alive.  There is so little trash to be collected that we are moving on to another problem – Privit.  Please wear closed toed shoes.
2. We are expecting a very large crowd this year.  Parking will be tight.  Please use the parking lot at St. Andrews Church if the park lot is full.  St. Andrews Church is located directly next to Riverside Park.  Also, if you are coming with a group, please consider carpooling.
