ACHIEVEMENTS
1994 – Roswell Clean and Beautiful is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Nancy Womack is the Executive Director.
1998 – Bonnie Lantz becomes Executive Director.
1999 – Janet Liberman becomes Executive Director.
2000 – A Northside Hospital grant purchases an Enviroscape pollution model for education programs.
2001 – The organization name is changed to Keep Roswell Beautiful, Inc. (KRB)
2007 – KRB spearheads a citywide fundraising effort and purchases the earth balloon as a gift to the children of Roswell.
2012 – KRB, in partnership with Roswell Recreation and Parks Department, completed a guided tree identification trail at Roswell Area Park.
2013 – The City of Roswell Environmental/Public Works Department, Keep Roswell Beautiful, and the Chattahoochee Nature Center work together to certify Roswell as the 66th National Wildlife Federation Community Wildlife Habitat (3rd in Georgia).
2014 – Keep Roswell Beautiful receives the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Park Recycling Bin Grant and purchases recycling bins for placement at various Roswell parks.
2015 – KRB receives a Community Orchard Grant and plants 35 fruit trees at Leita Thompson Park, for use by Roswell residents.
2017 – Vicki Culbreth becomes Executive Director.
2018 – Keep Roswell Beautiful receives a Phillip Morris USA grant and installs 9 cigarette receptacles along Canton Street and East Alley, in partnership with Keep America Beautiful’s Cigarette Litter Prevention Program.
2019 – KRB partners with the Historic Roswell Beautification Project to install 2 dog waste stations on Canton Street.
2015-2019 – Each November, KRB partners with the Roswell Recycling Center to collect blankets and towels for donation to the Atlanta Humane Society.
(In Progress) – KRB partners with Roswell Recreation and Parks Department to create a pollinator garden at the Arts Center on Fouts Road.
(In Progress) – After receiving a generous donation from the Roswell Wine Festival, KRB creates a public art project and scavenger hunt to highlight the beauty of the community.

2004 – Keep Georgia Beautiful honors Janet Liberman as Executive Director of the Year
2005 – 2nd Place System Award from Keep Georgia Beautiful
2006 – Keep Georgia Beautiful Affiliate Award for populations of 75,000-150,000 (2nd place)
2006 – Outstanding Waterway Cleanup Award from Rivers Alive
2010 – 2nd Place Affiliate Award, 2nd Place award in Litter Prevention, 3rd Place award in Community Improvement from Keep Georgia Beautiful
2012 – Rivers Alive Government Partnership award
2013 – Governor’s Circle Award from Georgia Governor Nathan Deal
2014 – Bring One for the Chipper Award from Keep Georgia Beautiful
2018 – Bring One for the Chipper Award from Keep Georgia Beautiful
2019 – Governor’s Circle Award and Bring One for the Chipper Award from Keep Georgia Beautiful
